This is my favorite Starbucks in town! When we closed the 7 locations a few years back I was glad to see that this one made the cut. Noel is my favorite barista. The staff really cares about the craft of the drink; I'd know this as a former employee. The store is always clean. It's a great place to study and meet with friends. Outdoor seating has great views.

I ordered the Slow Roasted Ham, Swiss and Egg on their original croissant bread for breakfast. The price for their breakfast sandwiches are a little steep, the appearance did not appear to be that appetizing, but surprisingly it tasted great. I would say skip Micky D's on pay day and go straight to Starbucks for breakfast.

I have to give love to the places I frequent to use as my "satellite office". This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and I have always been greeted by a warm "hello" or "good morning" during my visits. The coffee is priced slightly less than CC's. I am not picky about my coffee, I just want decent cup in the morning and Starbucks always delivers a quality product! I love that they have other healthy snack options rather than getting a pastry or a cake ball; they have bags of popcorn and whole grain bars. I rely on coffee shops to go that extra mile because I spend so much time in them during the week. There was a time my biggest complaint about this place was the ample parking...they eventually corrected that problem and created more parking spaces across from the ones they already had! This is such a busy Starbucks, so you need ample parking!! Thank you!

I am going to be honest. I like Starbuck's coffee, that is not why I am giving them one star. The reason is because of the ants!!! I sat at this location for a couple hours, had coffee, and worked on some school work. While I was there I must have seen at least 100 sugar ants run around on the molding on the middle of the wall. You know how hard it is to focus on something when you see a few ants run by your every coiuple minutes?!?!? I get it, they make coffee and teas and that means sugar is everywhere, but that means they should clean more because the place is gross. I don't know if this review will stop anyone from coming here, but I will say this, next time I go get coffee I'm going to CC's right down the road on Bluebonnet.

Decided not to order anything because the bathroom was so dirty. Not just mess from the day but long-standing grime on the sink, toilet etc. Really gross. Doesn't look like anyone's cleaned in months.

My drive-thru experience at this Starbucks yesterday was definitely a good one. :) I was ordering a drink I'd never tried before, and the barista was great about answering my questions! As a previous reviewer stated, this Starbucks is frequently busy, so be prepared to wait a minute for the barista to get to you once you get to the window and then again for your order. It doesn't take an unreasonable amount of time, though. I've also gone into this Starbucks, and the service inside is the same - nice and friendly baristas but a bit of a wait. I come to this Starbucks frequently and definitely plan to continue that pattern!

I always find it tough to write reviews for chains since there usually isn't much to say...I will state that the baristas are friendly (I actually once met the store manager who gave us some free cake pops! Sweet (no pun intended)!. The store is always busy and crowded so expect a wait no matter what time you visit.

visited this location today and was really disappointed. Service was very slow and of the 8 people waiting, 4 orders were wrong or forgotten. They were out of several items like soy milk, spiced whipped cream and regular coffee (which they made after I waited for 15 minutes). There were 4 people working, the place was a mess and there were long lines inside and at the drive thru. They actually got a call from a customer complaining on the phone while I was there and the guy who took the call proceeded to go over and tell the other girl working all about the negative customer feedback in front of all the other waiting customers!! the girl working the drink making line kept asking customers how hot they wanted their drinks - 197 degrees, 190 degrees,etc? Customer don't know what that means; however, she didn't ask me and my hot chocolate was only lukewarm. She had to apologize to half the line for getting the order wrong or never doing it at all. None of the workers seemed professional or concerned about the customer experience. Really poor example of what the Starbucks experience should be.

It's Starbucks....it automatically gets 4 stars unless something goes horribly wrong. Passed through the drivethru this visit and the barista was polite, friendly, and my drink was ready fairly quickly.

I randomly ended up at this Starbucks location while in Baton Rouge for work and was absolutely floored by the employees. It was seriously the nicest, happiest group of Starbucks employees I've ever encountered. I'm honestly still a little in shock over the whole experience... and kinda sad because it is pretty unlikely that I'll ever randomly end up here again.

Bathroom: Not clean. No paper towels in the dispenser, all thrown haphazardly all over the floor like there had been a giddy paper wadding tournament just before I parked and walked in. Oh and no wall air blowy thing on the wall either. So yeah, nice start. Staff was okay. Even though I was eyeing them and trying to figure out who instigated the paper towel war in the men's restroom. It wasn't busy so they did not ask my name. I liked that. Weird look with nonfat milk + whipped cream though. Starbucks is all about the weird orders - get used to it. And put some caramel on it while you are at it! And if you are traveling like I was ... this thing is REALLY far off the highway. Keep driving a little further and you can find something literally right off the highway. This was about a ten minute detour each way. There was not enough caramel in that canister to make it worthwhile.

I rarely deign to give a Starbucks more than 3 stars, but this is my favorite Starbucks so I'll begrudgingly give it a 4th star. We stop here for coffee several days a week and the staff are the most wonderful, sweet, friendly folks you will ever meet. They also have a great patio. Now if only they'd keep brewing the Blonde Roast after 12 PM....

The green mermaid called me and I answered. This location is totally off the freeway for a I-10 sign to direct you to it but I will travel for a clean bathroom and had my venti double insulated cold cup ready to clean out before the car even stopped. Bathroom: appropriately clean? 4. Staff: heard one day she might punch the other barista? Nice. 4 Store front: clean. Well stocked with goodies and place to park it as well. 4 Drive thru: present. Length from freeway: not close enough for a busting bladder. 1 Will be back if Louisiana beckons.
